On 25,000 m² of lakefront land on the Peñol–Guatapé reservoir — emerald coves, forested peninsulas, and the great stone of El Peñol on the horizon — Blaze is conceived as a piece of the landscape rather than an imposition upon it. Its nature-led, biophilic architecture gathers thirty-four keys into cylindrical 'Hongo' villas and lofts among the trees, modular clusters designed for interaction, flexibility, and privacy. The experience unfolds across 6,400 m² of built space at the water's edge. A pool club with lakeside daybeds holds the day; an all-day restaurant, a chiringuito, and a sushi bar carry it from morning espresso to candlelight. A wellness floor answers with a Roman bath, sauna, massage rooms, ice baths, and a fully equipped gym. After dark there is the sound-room bar and lounge beneath its mirrored ceiling — and on the water, a private marina built for jet skis, pontoons, and arrivals by boat, with curated events and day experiences threading through the calendar.

Beneath the guest experience, Blaze is composed of six connected revenue streams — Luxury Hotel, Gastronomy, Wellness & Spa, Events, Private Marina, and day passes — each independently profitable and stronger together, operated with an assembled team of Colombia's leading hospitality developers, operators, designers, and builders. It is the first of a new line of Latin American boutique hotels: a concept designed to be repeated, held to a singular standard of place and craft, and offered as a connected investment for a select circle of partners.
